Bucket List Item, For Certain.
In preparation for my trip and since launching the Summer Sweat Series , I am focused on clearing up my diet plan (because who doesn`t wish to look a little bit better inside a swimsuit?). Today I`m partnering with Blue Gemstone Almonds , the state Snack Nut from the Team USA Going swimming who asked me to talk about a formula that helped me to experience inspired to live a healthy way of living and follow my Lane to Greatness
For me, living a wholesome lifestyle is indeed much about balance and walking the line between greens and fruits to nut butter and chocolate. Actually, that`s what my own lane to greatness is. I enjoy being able to consume a salad for lunch and then nosh on a low sugar treat down the road. I look forward to my morning hours toast slathered with nut butter, fruits and sometimes a few chocolate chips. I enjoy finding methods to make food and recipes healthy but also tasty. I suppose it`s just kind of my thing.
As a result I opt to create this wonderful, an easy task to help to make pesto chickpea salad to motivate you in your kitchen. The salad is normally filled with vegetarian proteins, mediterranean flavors, fibers and taste. It`s one of my go-to salads because of the goodness it fuels my own body with.
BONUS! This formula only takes about quarter-hour to whip up.

Before you run to grab the ingredients, I HAVE to inform you of the pesto, since it really may be the best pesto of all time. There`s spinach, basil, Blue Diamond Roasted Almonds , parmesan, garlic clove and new lemon juice. Really simple stuff and I highly recommend whipping it up yourself! You merely will dsicover yourself pouring the pesto on everything.

Easy Mediterranean Pesto Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
3 garlic clove cloves, peeled
Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
For the salad:
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
In the plate of a food processor or a high powered blender add in pesto ingredients: spinach, basil, lemon juice, essential olive oil, almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of water. Process for 1 minute until pesto can be soft, add another tablespoon of water if required. Season with salt and pepper to flavor.
Next make the salad by adding chickpeas, tomatoes, diced onion, and olives to a large bowl. Fold in pesto to evenly coat. Sprinkle crumbled feta at the top and serve. Garnish with new basil ribbons. Serves 4 as meals, or 6 as a side salad.
Oh yessss. European countries is definitely a must! But I have always wished to happen to be Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and also Taiwan! They might be so very much fun too!
